My mission is to be my client’s advocate and advisor while helping them navigate the often complicated process of purchasing or selling a home. I strive to act with integrity, discretion, and a personalized approach while building trust and long-lasting personal relationships with my clients.
I make it a priority to be aware of market trends and innovative contract strategies. My main focus is protecting my client’s interest, and providing guidance and counseling throughout the entire real estate process. The keys to this are keeping you constantly informed and stepping in on your behalf as a strong negotiator. I’ve become a Master Certified Negotiator, and learned to both think outside the parameters of what’s customary, and apply myself with tenacity, energy and optimism on behalf of my clients. I have consistently ranked among the top-producing agents in the area. My work ethic, exceptional customer service, and comprehensive industry knowledge position me as a top Realtor.
I know that buying a home is the biggest purchase most people will make in their lifetime and understand that it’s not just about buying a home, but also finding community. I’ve lived on Mercer Island for more than 38 years, raising six children and now 10 grandchildren (and counting) in the community and the Eastside. I know what makes it such a unique and special place to live. My husband of 45 years has also worked in the commercial real estate business for as long as we have been married.
You can rest assured that you are in the hands of an ethical, caring and trustworthy professional. I specialize in representing both Sellers and Buyers on Mercer Island and the Eastside.
